Craftsmanship & Production Timelines

Every piece of Gió VELORI jewellery is proudly crafted to order by our master artisans in Valenza, Italy. Because we do not carry mass-produced inventory, our creation process requires time, precision, and care.

Standard Lead Times: Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the production of our Customised Standard and over 6 weeks for Bespoke commissions. This timeline begins from the date of order confirmation (or, for Bespoke, from the date of final design approval and deposit clearance, a clearer estimate of the lead times will be given before confirmation).

While we strive to meet these timelines, they are estimates reflecting the artisanal nature of our work. We will keep you updated throughout the creation of your piece.

Shipping & Delivery (DDP)

To provide a seamless and truly luxurious experience, all international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) via Mail Boxes Etc.. This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are calculated and included at checkout. You will not face any unexpected charges upon the arrival of your jewellery.

All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage while in transit. The risk of loss transfers to you only upon the documented delivery and signature at your specified shipping address. Please note that if you authorise the courier to leave the package without a signature, or direct them to leave it with a neighbour or at a secondary drop-off point, you assume full liability for the shipment from that moment forward.
