To keep your Gió VELORI piece glowing for years to come, we recommend a simple "last on, first off" rule.

Beauty First: Apply your perfumes, lotions, and makeup first, letting them dry completely before putting on your jewellery.

Stay Dry: Keep your jewels away from water (fresh, salt, or chlorine) and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or extreme heat.

CLEANING ADVICE

Gold Care: Gently scrub your gold pieces with a soft brush and a touch of liquid soap. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth to restore their natural glow.

Give your Gió VELORI creations their own space. To keep them safe from scratches or accidental knocks, store each piece separately in a soft, fabric-lined case.

Handle with Care: Some materials are more delicate than others, a little extra cushion goes a long way.

The Diamond Rule: Diamonds are the hardest of all gems, which means they can easily scratch your other jewellery. I recommend keeping your diamond pieces in their own dedicated spot to keep everything sparkling.

    MOTHER OF PEARL

    Mother-of-pearl is a natural, delicate material that needs a little extra love to keep its luminous glow.

    Store Solo: It’s a soft material, so keep it in its own case to avoid scratches from other gems.

    Stay Clear of Chemicals: Perfumes, lotions, and sanitisers can strip its polish, leaving it with a dull, matte look.

    Keep it Dry: Water is not its friend, it can actually cause mother-of-pearl to shrink as it evaporates. If it does get wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.

    Simple Shine: No soap needed! A gentle buff with a soft, dry cloth is all you need to maintain its beautiful finish.

    Onyx is a bold, resilient stone made for your daily rhythm, but a little care goes a long way in preserving its deep, velvety soul.

    Daily Durability: While onyx is sturdy, it still loves its own space. Store it in a fabric-lined case to prevent any accidental scratches.

    Play it Safe: We recommend removing your onyx pieces before sports or heavy activity to protect them from sharp impacts.

    Stay Bold: Keep perfumes, lotions, and sanitisers away from your stone; these can dull its intense colour and natural radiance over time.

    Easy Refresh: To bring back its shine, simply use a bit of soapy water and a soft brush. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth.

    MALACHITE

    Malachite is a "living" stone, it’s a bit more delicate than others and naturally evolves with you, often developing a beautiful matte finish over time.

    Handle with Care: As a softer stone, it can be sensitive to scratches and shocks. Store it in its own fabric-lined case to keep it safe from other pieces.

    Keep it Cool & Dry: Malachite doesn't love humidity. To prevent its surface from whitening or dulling, avoid wearing it in the shower, spa, or during a workout.

    Chemical-Free: Protect its vibrant green by keeping it away from perfumes, lotions, and sanitisers.
