Returns, Exchanges, & Right of Withdrawal

As every piece of Gió VELORI jewellery is uniquely crafted to your specific selections (whether Customised Standard or Proper Bespoke), all sales are final. In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent international laws), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for made-to-order or bespoke pieces.

The Gió VELORI Guarantee: If your piece arrives damaged from transit, or if there is an immediate deviation from your agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we may promptly address the issue. Please note that this 7-day timeframe does not affect your statutory rights regarding latent manufacturing defects under EU and UK law.

Statutory Legal Guarantee: In addition to our brand guarantee, all clients within the European Union and the United Kingdom are protected by statutory legal warranties. Under Italian and EU law, you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee covering any lack of conformity or manufacturing defects that become apparent within two years of delivery. Clients residing in the United Kingdom are additionally protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling of delicate gemstones by the wearer.

5. Alterations & Resizing

We understand that acquiring fine jewellery online can make sizing difficult. For our Customised Standard rings, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of receipt (excluding shipping costs), provided the specific design allows for resizing without compromising the structural integrity of the piece. Please contact our team to confirm if your piece is eligible for this service.
