Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

  • Europe: Free on all orders.
  • U.K.: Free on orders over £1,000. (Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout).

Will I pay extra duties or taxes?
No. All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The price you pay at checkout is the absolute final price—there are no hidden customs fees or surprise bills upon delivery.

Where can you deliver?
We ship globally to residential addresses and workplaces. For security reasons, we cannot deliver to hotels, hospitals, or P.O. boxes.

Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. Every piece is fully insured by us while in transit. For your security, an adult must sign for the delivery. If you won't be home, contact us to coordinate a specific delivery date.

When will my order arrive?
We don’t pull jewellery from a warehouse shelf. Every Gió VELORI piece is handmade to order by our artisans in Valenza, Italy.

  • Production: Please allow 6–8 weeks for your piece to be crafted.
  • Shipping: Once finished and inspected, you will receive your tracking number immediately via email.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link the moment it ships. For real-time updates during the production phase, you can always chat with us on WhatsApp or email our team.

Payment & Security

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted via strict HTTPS protocols. We also enforce 3D Secure authentication for all card payments to ensure every single transaction is verified and protected against fraud.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a frictionless checkout.

Is my data private?
Yes. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. We use industry-leading, Tier-1 payment processors (like Shopify Payments) to securely handle your transaction.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranties

What is your return policy?
Because every piece of Gió VELORI jewellery is uniquely crafted to order based on your specific selections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for a change of mind.

What if the fit isn't right?
We want you to wear your piece comfortably. While we do not accept returns, we offer one complimentary resizing for our Customised Standard rings within 30 days of receipt, provided the design allows for adjustments. Contact us to arrange this service.

Is my jewellery under warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our Italian craftsmanship. All clients are protected by a mandatory 2-year statutory warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If your piece arrives with a structural fault, contact us within 7 days. We will inspect it and remake or repair it at no cost to you. (Note: This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage).

Packaging & Gifting

How is it packaged?
Your jewellery arrives in our signature box, tucked inside a keepsake box complete with a travel pouch.

  • Discreet Shipping: To prevent theft and keep surprises a secret, our outer shipping boxes are completely anonymous. We also utilize recycled cardboard to minimise environmental waste.

Can I include a gift message?
Of course. You can add a digital message at checkout for us to print, or request a blank Gió VELORI card to handwrite your own note.

Services & Personalisation

Can I engrave my piece?
Many of our designs feature space for personal engravings. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering to check if your chosen piece is eligible.

How does resizing work?

  • Cost: Complimentary for the first 30 days after you receive your ring. After 30 days, a standard service fee will apply.
  • Timeline: Adjustments typically take under 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Care & Repairs

How do I care for my jewellery?
Check our Care Guide for specific tips on protecting your stones and precious metals. When in doubt, message us on WhatsApp for quick advice.

What if my jewellery needs a repair?
Contact us immediately. Do not take your piece to an outside jeweller. Having another jeweller alter or repair your piece will instantly void your warranty and may permanently damage the handcrafted integrity of the design. Send it back to our Valenza atelier, and we will provide a quote and timeline after our experts examine it.
